We at imaginTEE are totally committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your silk-screened imaginTEE T-shirt for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 10 days from your delivery date. No restocking fees, no hassles! Applies to unwashed T-shirts only please. Before returning, please contact us via email or phone so we can try and resolve any issues. (CustomTEEs are not returnable, unless it is because of a defect or error made by imaginTEE.)

When returning merchandise, make sure to ship via UPS or USPS with a confirmation/tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Please note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by imaginTEE.

We do our best to show the colors of our merchandise as accurately as possible on our website. However, because all computer monitors display colors a little differently, you may see a slight difference in the actual garment.
