Question: What are your imaginTEE T-shirts made of? Answer: We use high-quality 100% cotton T-shirts for all of our orders.
Question: I just placed an order, when can I expect to recieve my T-shirts? Answer: Normal turn-around is 3-5 business days, plus shipping time (see UPS chart for estimates). If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we will accomodate the best we can. It helps if you supply your party date or need by date during check out.
Question: I ordered a CampTEE from imaginTEE in the past that was printed on the front and back, but now I noticed you are only printing on the front? Answer: When we first introduced our CampTEE line we did offer a front and back graphic. After further review and customer feedback, we decided in order to reduce the price we would only print on one side - the front. If you would prefer to have the graphic on the front and back, just let us know and we can surely have this done for you.
Question: Do your TEEs really glow in the dark? Answer: Absolutely! Our glow-in-the-dark inks are custom-mixed to give you a variety of glow colors. The glow-in-the-dark ink glows in any dark setting after being "energized" under light. Black light party establishments, such as laser tag locations, roller rinks, and cosmic bowling, enhance the effect even more! Set your new imaginTEE glow-in-the-dark T-shirt under a light or sunlight for a few minutes and check it out! The longer you let it energize in the light, the longer and brighter it is going to glow.
Question: I like a design, and want a different color shirt but it isn't listed in the option? Answer: We try to give the best selections available. We have chosen the color T-shirts that work best with each individual graphic. Feel free to email us at imaginTEE with any specific questions you may have.
Question: What is the difference between a T-shirt that is silk-screened vs. heat-transferred? Answer: Silk-screening is a process of printing with plasitol inks that are permanently heat cured on the T-shirt. Silk-screened T-shirts will last and hold up for a very long time. Heat transferred graphics are printed from an inkjet printer on to a transfer sheet, then ironed on with a special heat iron or heat press. This results in a quick and cheap way to get a one-time shirt, but usually does not last long with multiple washings. For a great resource for information go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Screen-printing
Question: Can I design my own T-shirt? Answer: We are happy to work with you on your own silk-screened T-shirt. It can glow in the dark, but it certainly doesn't have to. If you have a customized design or logo you would like to use, our graphic designer can work with you to create the T-shirt you want. Art requirements are: Preferred format is Illustrator EPS or vector format. High-resolution, min. 300 dpi JPG, TIF or PSD formats accepted but must be provided at actual size. (Please keep in mind that we are a family company and reserve the right to refuse any T-shirt designs which are obscene, etc.)
Question: I want something other than a T-shirt, can I get your design printed on something else? Answer: Yes! We can supply tank tops, ladies fitted T-shirts, sweatshirts, cheerleeder shorts, and more. Just tell us what you are looking for.
